Probably the most famous Italian soup, rich, tasty, and full of minerals and vitamins, and yet light and absolutely delicious. We make our own recipe using the best and tastiest vegetables we can find. Serve it with crostini (croutons), and top it with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil, or sprinkled parmigiano.

If you're a fan of Italian food, this is the real thing.

Ingredients Carrots, celery, onion, zucchini, beans, potato, peas, tomato, extra virgin olive oil, salt, basil, water.
Cooking Directions Thaw if frozen, warm up in a pot or microwave. For more taste, you can add 2 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil and/or a tablespoon of grated Parmigiano before serving.
