Fresh house made pasta sheets, layered with local Oregon mushrooms and our delicious house-made delicate Umbrian pork sausage. A decadent bounty of mozzarella cheese, béchamel, and grated Parmigiano, complete this delicious and tasty specialty from central Italy. This lasagna is one of the hallmarks of Taste Unique's cuisine, prepared by our chef Stefania Toscano, who was raised in Perugia, and learned the traditional recipe from her Umbrian mother.
The Umbrian Lasagna can hardly be found anywhere else in Italy, and it is probably completely unknown to the American public. All our lasagna's are carefully prepared following the traditional Italian recipe which always calls for béchamel (and no ricotta cheese). We suspect the result is unlike anything you've tasted before here in the US.

Ingredients Fresh pasta (eggs, flour), Mushrooms, house-made Sausage (pork, salt, garlic, black pepper), Mozzarella, Reggiano cheese, b├ęchamel sauce, and True Italian Passion!
Cooking Directions Pre-heat the oven @ 350. Remove the lid, place the tray on baking sheet, and set in the middle rack of oven. Small Size If frozen, bake for 50 minutes; if thawed bake for 40 minutes. Medium Size If frozen, bake for 60 minutes; if thawed bake for 45 minutes. Large Size If frozen, bake for 75 minutes; if thawed bake for 60 minutes.
Let it sit for 6-8 minutes before cutting and serving.
