All our lasagna's are carefully prepared following the traditional Italian recipe which always calls for béchamel (and no ricotta cheese). We We suspect the result is unlike anything you've tasted before here in the US.

Fresh pasta, Zucchini, Mushrooms, Shallot, Thyme, Mozzarella cheese, Reggiano cheese, smoked provolone or gouda cheese, Béchamel, and True Italian Passion!
Pre-heat the oven @ 350. Remove the lid, place the tray on baking sheet, and set in the middle rack of oven.
If frozen, bake for 50 minutes; if thawed bake for 40 minutes.
If frozen, bake for 60 minutes; if thawed bake for 45 minutes.
If frozen, bake for 75 minutes; if thawed bake for 60 minutes.
Let it sit for 6-8 minutes before cutting and serving.
